How to be happy in your life.

People want to be happy but their need make them upset and they want to live free life but their needs comes  across their life and stop them to fly.
Today , this article will tell you about what to do when negative thought comes in mind.
1) Firstly, whoever you are living with, tell them how much you love to them.......
2) Respect those person who respect you because if he feel, you are not respect him or his word or anything related to him.He will stop himself to respect you.
3) See dream and do your best to full fill your dream but don't copy others to show off.
4) Leave phone for sometimes and Spend sometime to your love ones.
5) Do meditation daily in the morning.
